25 Days of Christmas - December 5th

Thought I'd share a little something yummy today :) We make these every year at Christmas time - they're so easy to make and everybody loves them.

Mini Chocolate Puddings:

In a large bowl, crumble up 200g of fruit cake. (That's about 1/2 of a store-bought fruit cake)
Melt together 125g dark chocolate and 60g butter (unsalted of course)
Mix melted choc and butter through the crumbled fruit cake. If you want to make an adults only version, also mix in some brandy or rum.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and refrigerate.
When set and nice & cold, make up some white icing to drizzle over the top and decorate with sparkly sugar balls or chopped red & green glace cherries.
