Paint the canvas with the black paint to give it some texture.

Once it is dry, use the swirls stencil to add more texture.  Sponge some Dina Wakley Lapis paint and

Dina Wakely black over the top ¾ of the canvas.

Use the Haunted House die cut as a guide to sketch a hill and moon on the canvas.

Paint a white base coat on the moon and a green base coat on the hills.

The next step is to use a sponge and sponge the umber and green paint over the hills to give them

some texture.

Give the moon another coat of white paint, then another coat using the pearl paint.

Apply another coat on the moon using a mix of pearl and black.  This is to take away the white

starkness of the white.  Use the same mix to highlight around the moon and add some clouds to the

night sky.  Use some black to tone down the white if you add too much of the white.

Gently brush a little of the Tim Holtz Carved Pumpkin Distress Spray over the moon.

Using a Die Cutting machine, cut out the haunted house and the other Halloween elements.

Back the haunted house with some yellow card stock.   Place them in position around the canvas.

Add some orange shading to the left side of the windows, colour the pumpkin orange and wipe some

pearl paint over the cobweb so it stands out from the background.

Next sketch some tomb stones and a cross on the other hill and use a mix of black and pearl paint to

paint them.  Once they are dry add some writing to make them look occupied.

Add some final touches.  Draw a strand of web from the web and add a spider with some white stripes.

Put some white dots on the cats eyes.

Distress the edges of the canvas using Tim Holtz Black Soot Distress Ink.

Hang on your wall proudly.
